Bond Project Updates
Discussion:
Mr. Armstrong reported that there is leftover Bond money. He would like the Board Members to compile a list of projects that they would like to see completed or if they have heard from the community, those ideas as well. A future meeting could be scheduled for further discussion.

2018-19 Test Scores
Discussion:
Mr. Armstrong took the opportunity to praise the Curriculum Team for the great work they continue to provide to our District. Attached is the 2018-19 Test Scores. Majority of the numbers show growth and the areas that do not are being looked at closely to see what tools teachers need to be successful there as well. There is excitement about the test scores coming out August 2nd in the Tulsa World for Sapulpa Public Schools.

Policy Update
Discussion:
Mr. Bilby presented a list of possible Policy changes headed the Districts way from the State and OSSBA. The policies will be looked at in more depth in September. See attachment.

Storm Damage Update
Discussion:
Mr. Witzansky reported that all damage had been assessed and quotes submitted for repair.

2018-19 School Finance Update
Discussion:
Mr. Armstrong again took the opportunity to praise the Finance Team for the wonderful job they do keeping our District on track with budgets and spending. Kenda Terrones went over the report. The report is attached.
