Oklahoma State Departments COVID-19 Alert System that governs health alert levels, school safety response, and operations for Oklahoma Public Schools
Discussion:
At the State meeting they provided a color coated alert levels sheet with guidelines for each level to help Districts navigate through the weekly changes of Covid-19. Green is the lowest zone, the one to strive for. Yellow is the caution zone. This is where Sapulpa falls as of this week. Orange level is broken up into two levels, one being more restrictive than the other. Red comes with all restrictions and only allows 15% of students in the building. OSDH will update its county map each week. Sapulpa is encouraging everyone to help get to the Green Zone and stay there.

Sapulpa Public Schools 2020-21 DRAFT Return to Learn Plans
Discussion:
Return to Learn is the guide that is being put together to help students and staff understand the plan/goal of Think Green-Act Green.

Communication and Marketing Plans
Discussion:
Aaron McColloch was recognized for being the force behind all the communication and marketing going on in Sapulpa Public Schools. He is always ready to tell the next story of what is going on in our District or to communicate the ins and outs of what is coming up next. To keep parents, students, and staff up to date on color coated alert levels, all information will be pushed out to media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and SPS Website) as well as, parent text, call, and email. County counts will be updated on Fridays.

2020-21 District Finance Update
Discussion:
Ending the school year with a 9.39% carryover. Continuing to watch spending as the next year will bring the new WADM.
