Proposed Executive Session to deliberate on the dismissal of Vladimir Kopytin as authorized by Title 25 O.S. (2011) 307(B)(1) and (B)(7) of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. Executive Session is for Board Of Education Members only.

Statement of Executive Session Minutes
|
|
Motion and vote to adopt findings of fact and to dismiss or not to dismiss Vladimir Kopytin from his employment with the Sapulpa School District as to his position as a support employee or take such other disciplinary action, as allowed by law, that the Board deems necessary and appropriate.

|
Motion and vote on motion to accept any employee resignations that have been submitted since the last Board of Education Meeting. (The Board of Education reserves the right, pursuant to Title 25, O.S. (2011), 307 (B)(1) and (B)(7), to vote to go into Executive Session to discuss any tendered resignation. If the Board does go into Executive Session, it will then follow items X.A.,X.B.,X.C.)
