Statement of executive session minutes.
Discussion:
The Board of Education went into executive session at 4:01 p.m. to discuss and interview potential candidates for the open position of Seat Number 4 on the Sapulpa Board of Education as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1) of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. During the executive session, the Board discussed these items and no other items. The Board returned to open session at 4:40 p.m. This constitutes the minutes of the executive session.

Discussion Item - Bond Update
Discussion:
The Board discussed projects for the upcoming bond. The discussion was over transportation and the use of CNG buses, and updates on the architects and construction management teams. Both teams will have presentations for the Board to review at an upcoming special board meeting, April 11, 2014. The Board also discussed adding a science wing at the High School site that would open a room for a band locker room, and purchasing band uniforms as some of the potential projects. All potential projects will be presented to the 2014 bond committee.
