To award the General Obligation Building Bonds to First Bank of Owasso, Owasso, Oklahoma in association UMB Bank N.A., Kansas City, Missouri for a net interest cost of $46,424.00 and average rate of 0.640331% passed with a motion by Steve McCormick and a second by Bradd Brose.

To approve a resolution providing for the issuance of General Obligation Building Bonds in the sum of $2,050,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of the issue passed with a motion by Bradd Brose and a second by Bryan Sherwood.

To approve a resolution designating the general obligation bonds of 2013 as "Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations" pursuant to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 passed with a motion by Melinda Ryan and a second by Bradd Brose.

To Adjourn at 12:14 p.m. passed with a motion by Steve McCormick and a second by Bradd Brose.
