Call the meeting to order.
Presentation regarding OSSBA Superintendent Search Service.
Discussion:  OSSBA Representative, Jeff Mills, discussed with the Board services that they offer during a Superintendent search. OSSBA offers two packages. They include advertising and assisting the Board regarding the search process. recruit candidates, receive credentials. conduct reference checks, schedule interviews, conduct staff/community meetings and notify candidates who were not selected. The Board voted to use OSSBA at the cost of $4,500.
Proposed executive session to discuss the Superintendent Search as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1) of the Oklahoma Meeting Act.
Vote to convene in executive session.

Discussion:  The Board of Education went into executive session at ____ p.m. to discuss the Superintendent Search as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1) of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. During the executive session, the Board discussed these items and no other items. The Board returned to open session at ____ p.m. This constitutes the minutes of the executive session

To approve a contract with OSSBA to assist with a Superintendent Search for the amount of $4,500 passed with a motion by Bryan Sherwood and a second by Steve McCormick.
