Presentation regarding OSSBA Superintendent Search Service.
Discussion:
OSSBA Representative, Jeff Mills, discussed with the Board services that they offer during a Superintendent search. OSSBA offers two packages. They include advertising and assisting the Board regarding the search process. recruit candidates, receive credentials. conduct reference checks, schedule interviews, conduct staff/community meetings and notify candidates who were not selected. The Board voted to use OSSBA at the cost of $4,500.
