Section 307(B)(1) of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, (2) discuss labor negotiations as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(2) and (3) discuss Tom Ballenger's contract as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1) of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act with no resulting vote to be taken on item (3). During the executive session, the Board discussed these items and no other items.
