Discussion:
The Board of Education went into executive session at 6:31 pm to discuss (1) Administrator Salaries as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1) of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, and (2) Superintendent’s Contract as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1) of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, with no resulting vote to be taken on items (1) and (2). During the executive session, the Board discussed these items and no other items. The Board returned to open session at 7:59 pm. This constitutes the minutes of the executive session.
