To approve/disapprove separate resolutions authorizing the calling and holding of a special election to be held in this School District to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds passed with a motion by Wally Johnson and a second by Shirley Woods.

To approve a resolution authorizing thee calling and holding of an election on March 4, 2007 of Independent School District No. 33 of Creek County, Oklahoma, for the purpose of submitting to the registered, qualified electors thereof the question of the issuance of the bonds of said School District in the sum of Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($580,000) to provide funds for the purpose of constructing, equipping, repairing and remodeling school buildings, acquiring school furniture, fixtures and equipment and acquiring and improving school sites, and levying and collecting an annual tax in such district for the payment of the interest and principal of said bonds. passed with a motion by Wally Johnson and a second by Shirley Woods.

To approve authorizing the calling and holding of an election on March 4, 2007 of Independent School District No. 33 of Creek County, Oklahoma, for the purpose of submitting to the registered, qualified electors thereof the question of the issuance of the bonds of said School District in the sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand dollars ($170,000) to provide funds for the purpose of purchasing transportation equipment, and levying and collecting an annual tax in such district of the payment of the interest and principal of said bonds passed with a motion by Shirley Woods and a second by Wally Johnson.
