PERSONNEL Discuss and vote to go into executive session to discuss personnel, review evaluations and review any applications, discuss resignations, discuss employment of replacements for personnel that have resigned or are resigning. Discuss emergency transfers. Discuss hiring a secondary teacher. Review the confidential educational records of a minor student whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)
