V. Statement of the Executive Session Minutes

Discussion:
Cindy Nashert stated that the Board convened in executive session, pursuant to Executive Session authority-25 Okla. Stat. §307(B)(1) and (7) to discuss candidates for the position of Principal at Kennedy Elementary School. The Board was joined in executive session by Superintendent Dr. Nick Migliorino and Associate Superintendent and Chief Human Resource Officer Holly Nevels. No other matters were discussed and no votes were taken while in this closed session. This concludes the minutes of the executive session.
