Dr Snell stated that the Board convened in executive session to discuss the evaluation of the Superintendent pursuant to Executive Session authority—25 Okla. Stat. §307(B)(1) and (7). The Board was joined in executive session by Superintendent Dr. Nick Migliorino. No other matters were discussed and no votes were taken while in this closed session. This concludes the minutes of the executive session.
