1. Thad Teel called meeting to order at 12:01pm.  

Tim Cutsinger motioned to use Stephen McDonald and Associates to do our Bond election.  Thad Teel seconded.

Resolution  Tim motioned to approve and Thad Teel seconded.

Thad Teel motioned to adjourn at 12:09pm and Tim Cutsinger seconded.
