In order to assure that persons who wish to appear before the Board of Education may be heard and, at the same time, conduct its meetings properly and efficiently, the Board adopts, as policy, the following procedures and rules pertaining to public participation at Board Meetings: |

4. Discussion over Mid-Year adjustment, Covid Policy updates, and Federal Stimulus Funds.
Discussion:
Discussed mid-year adjustment, down $113,000, new stimulus allocation of $322,000, continuing to follow board policy, CDC and state health department Covid quarantine guidelines.

5. Board to convene into executive session to discuss the following items Pursuant to ( 25 O.S. Section 307 (b) (1).

8. Administrative Reports
Discussion:
Mrs. Nickell-Interviewing for a long term sub, preparing for P/T conference in February.
Mr. Kennedy-State is offering for Seniors who missed taking the ACT as a Junior to take the ACT on March 2, 2021 and Junior will take the ACT in April 2021. Previous virtual P/T had higher attendance, will hold virtual P/T again in February. Mr. Bledsoe-substitutes |
