Motion and vote to have and convene into executive session for the purpose of discussing employment of needed additional certified and support staff and other personnel issues.  25 O.S. ~ 307 (B) (1) Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of needed certified and support staff for the 2024-2025 school year and other personnel issues pursuant to 25 Okla. Stat § 307 (B) (1) and matters where disclosure of information would violate confidential requirements of state or federal law pursuant to 25 Okla. Stat. (B)(7). 

3. Motion and second to return to open session.

4. Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement.

5. Discussion and possible action to request approval of State Aid and/or Federal Funds for Schools.

6. Discussion and possible action to approve the reassignment of certified and support staff for the 2024-25 school year.

7. Discussion and possible action to employ additional certified and support staff needed for the 2024-25 school year.

8. Discussion and possible action to approve Eudean McVey as Girls basketball assistant extra duty.

9. Discussion and possible action to approve a general fund expenditure to OPAA! Food Management Inc.

10. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2024-25 District Capacity.

11. Discussion and possible action to approve the resolution to transfer proceeds from the General Clearance and Driver's Education account to the General Fund account.

12. Discussion and possible action to approve the following policy: DHAC-Staff Members and Electronic or Digital Communications.

13. Discussion and possible action to approve platforms to be utilized for student and staff communications.
