2. Discussion and possible action to convene in executive session to discuss: 1) employment of superintendent and/or resignation of the superintendent and 2) the appointment of an interim superintendent position, all pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25 § 307 (B)(1).  (The Oklahoma Open Meeting Act)

2.2. Vote to acknowledge the board's return to open session.
