4. Discussion/Approval Items

4.1. Consent agenda: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved, will be approved by one vote, unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items.  The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and approval of the following items:

4.1.1. Approve minutes of the previous meetings.

4.1.2. Approve financial statements.

4.1.3. Approve transfers within activity account.

4.1.4. Approve purchase orders and warrants for the following funds: general, building, sinking, and any change order list.

4.1.5. Approve activity accounts.

4.1.6. Approve resignations - Donald Youngstedt

4.1.7. Discussion and possible vote to approve 35 as the grade limit for transfers.

4.2. Discussion and possible vote to approve the contract with Municipal Accounting Systems in the amount of $5353.00 for the business manager accounting software agreement, and $4474.00 for the student accounting software agreement for the 2022-2023 school year.

4.3. Discussion and possible vote to approve Jorden Lemons as the pool manager for the summer of 2022 for $10.00 an hour.

4.4. Vote to approve the resignation of Kent Lemons as Superintendent effective July 1, 2022.

4.5. Discussion and possible vote to approve the deregulation request from the OSDE for a library assistant.

4.6. Discussion and possible vote to hire Trent Parrish as the Varsity boys basketball coach for the 22-23 school year.

4.7. Discussion and possible vote to join the nationwide School District Lawsuit against Juul Labs, Inc. and Altria for the vaping epidemic.

4.8. Discussion and possible vote to approve Tasha Garrett as an adjunct instructor for psychology.

4.9. Discussion and possible vote to approve the proposed 165-day calendar for the 2022-2023 school year.

4.10. Discussion and possible vote to choose a vendor for painting the dining area of cafeteria.
