1. Public Forum - (Limit fifteen (15) minutes this item, five (5) minutes per topic)

2. Discussion and possible board action to rescind action taken on December 8, 2025 regarding seat #2 thereby reseating Haley Murphy to office.
|

3. Student Suspension Due Process Appeal Hearing for student 2026-01.
a. The Board President will ask the parent/student whether they wish the hearing to be in open session or in executive or closed session. If the parent/student wishes the hearing to be in executive or closed session, then the Board will consider and vote to go into executive session pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit. 25, § 307(B)(5) to hear evidence and to discuss the suspension of the student in question. b. Opening statement by administration or its designee. c. Opening statement by parent/student or their designee. d. Presentation of administration’s evidence subject to cross-examination and questions from the Board of Education or the Board’s legal counsel. e. Presentation of parent/student's evidence subject to cross-examination and questions from the Board of Education or the Board’s legal counsel. f. Presentation of rebuttal evidence and surrebuttal evidence, if any, with cross-examination and questions from the Board of Education or the Board’s legal counsel . g. Closing statement by parent/student or their designee. h. Closing statement by administration or its designee. i. Deliberation by Board of Education. [If the hearing is not held in executive session, then the Board may vote at this time to go into executive session, pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit. 25, § 307(B)(5) to discuss and deliberate on the suspension of the student in question, but only with consent of the parent/student.] j. Vote to acknowledge return to open session, if the Board is in executive session during deliberations. k. Board President’s Statement of executive session minutes, if applicable. l. Motion and vote to adopt findings of fact on the suspension of student. m. Motion and vote to affirm suspension or modify suspension (increase or decrease severity of suspension) or overturn suspension of student. |

4. Approval of minutes of the December regular board meeting

5. Board approval of Treasurer's report, encumbrances, change orders, payroll, Activity Fund accounts, and transfers in the Activity Fund.

6. Board consideration and action on fund raisers and out of state trips, if presented.
|
|
7. Board consideration and action on any certified or non-certified resignations, or other personnel requests, if presented.
|
|
8. Discussion and possible vote to employ Kynzi London as a middle-level math instructor on a temporary contract, Natlaie Smith as a custodian, and Carina Cole as a Custodian.

|
9. Discussion and possible vote to enter into executive session to discuss the annual evaluation of the superintendent with possible consideration of continued employment or extension of his current contract. If requested, a motion will be made and a recorded vote taken 25 O.S. 307 (B)(1).
