PRESENT BUSINESS

1. Public Forum - (Limit fifteen (15) minutes this item, five (5) minutes per topic)

2. Board consideration and action on fund raisers and out of state trips, if presented.

3. Board consideration and action on any certified or non-certified resignations, or other personnel requests, if presented.

4. Public Hearing - for the purpose of receiving public comment on past and future expenditures and the proposed 2024-2025 Operational Budget.

5. Discussion and possible action to approve the Fiscal year 2025 budget.

6. Board approval of Treasurer’s Report, encumbrances, change orders, payroll, Activity Fund Accounts, and transfers in the Activity Fund.

7. Discussion and possible vote to approve Gifted Educational Plan 2024-2025.

8. Discussion and possible action on the employment of Amy Rosales as a paraprofessional. 

9. Discussion and possible vote to approve the district’s Title I plans.

10. Discussion and possible action on entering into a memorandum of understanding with the Muskogee County Board of County Commissioners. 

11. Board to adopt a schedule for regular board meetings for calendar year 2025.

12. Discussion and review of long-range planning for physical plant sites.

13. Discussion and possible vote to approve the Fort Gibson Public School Emergency Response Plan developed in agreement with the local police, fire, health officials, and administration.

14. Discussion, review, and possible action on proposals from Tower Ventures regarding the placement of a cellular tower on school property. 

15. Discussion concerning publishing the board of education candidate qualifications for the seat up for election and the approval of a resolution to the County Election Board to call for the annual school election.
