1. Call meeting to order - Roll call of members

2. Approve / not approve the agenda as a part of the minutes

3. Read or waive the reading, vote to approve / not approve or correct the minutes of the Regular Board of Education meeting of February 13, 2019

4. Acknowledgment of guests - if any present

5. Vote to approve/not approve changes to the Board Policy manual regarding Salary Schedule Policy 

6. Discussion and vote to request/not request a waiver/deregulation for the Alternative Education program for 2018/2019 (70 O.S. state statute 1210.568)

9. Vote to transfer / not transfer funds from the concession fund of the activity account to the activity accounts of juniors, elementary teachers, music/band, STUCO, Accelerated Reader, athletics, Robotics

10. Proposed executive session in accordance with the provision of the A.G. opinion 82-114 of section 307 (B) (1) of Oklahoma's Open Meeting Law for the purpose of discussing the following:

10.A. Review and discuss non-certified personnel with no vote to be taken upon return to open session

10.B. Discuss the OSSBA Superintendent Ongoing Evaluation Tool with no action to be taken upon returning to open session

11. Vote to convene/not convene in executive session

13. Discuss and vote to approve / not approve the continued use of the TLE model for the teacher evaluation process for the 2019/2020 school year

14. Discussion and possible board action to approve new policy manual (including the Salary Schedule Policy mentioned on item 5 of this agenda) and rescind all prior policies of the school district

15. Vote to accept/not accept the resignation letter of a certified teacher

16. Proposed executive session in accordance with the provision of the A.G. opinion 82-114 of section 307(B)(3) of Oklahoma's Open Meeting Law for the purpose of discussing future building projects
