Motion, second, discussion and vote on motion to go into executive session for the purpose of conducting confidential communications between the board and its attorneys concerning a pending claim from Oklahoma Teacher Retirement System regarding Melissa Hisle; the board having been advised by its attorneys that disclosures relating to this matter will seriously impair the ability of the board to proceed with the claim in the public interest, pursuant to Title 25, Section 307(B)(4) of the Oklahoma Statutes.
