4. The Board of Education recognizes the importance of recruiting and retaining employees during the 2020-2021 school year.  Due to the continued efforts of staff at all levels the District was able to provide a full program of in-person and virtual learning to students and families.  In recognition of the risk to personal health and the exceptional work to prioritize needs of students performed by all employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, a recommendation is made to the Board of Education to approve the payment of a one-time, non-recurring, COVID-19 Stipend and the attached COVID-19 Stipend Plan 

5. Discussion and possible action to approve the superintendent's recommendation to revise COVID-19 Mask Protocols.
