12. Discussion and possible vote to approve the 2026-2027 Estimate of Needs and Financial Statement of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for Tecumseh Public Schools.

13. Discussion and possible vote to approve the Tecumseh Public Schools Negotiated Agreement for the 2026-2027 school year.

14. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with The City of Tecumseh to provide a School Resource Officer for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2026-2027 school year.

15. Discussion and possible vote to approve the Tecumseh Public Schools Alternative Education Plan for the 2026-2027 school year.

16. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to request the use of Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds to purchase Hyper-V Virtual Server Software for use with district servers from United Systems and complete migration from current software using TIPS Contract 260105.

17. Discussion and possible vote to approve a Gifted and Talented Committee for the 2026-2027 school year.

18. Discussion and possible vote to approve the Internal Review Committee for Student Activity Absences which will also serve as the district's Medical Exemption Review Committee for the 2026-2027 school year.

19. Discussion and possible vote to approve changes to Board Policy 3024 Sanctioning Parent Organizations.

D. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in Items A through C as per Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307 (B)(1).
