1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Discussion and vote to approve minutes of previous special board meeting of February 9, 2026, and regular board meeting of February 9, 2026.

3. Discussion and vote to approve encumbrances (FY'26); payroll, general fund (70923), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (90085); claims, general fund (611-684), coop fund (none), building fund (185-196), child nutrition fund (56-57).

4. Discussion and vote to approve warrants (FY'26); payroll, general fund (2736-3061), coop fund (328-373), child nutrition fund (407-458); claims, general fund (2729-2735, 3062-3146), coop fund (374-384), building fund (156-166), child nutrition fund (459-466).

5. Discussion and vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Discussion and vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

9. Discussion and possible vote to approve a quote from McBride Technologies to provide a door monitoring system for all exterior doors at each classroom building across the district. 

10. Consider and vote to approve a calendar for the 2026-2027 school year for Tecumseh Public Schools.

11. Review and possible vote to approve the 2024-2025 school year financial records for the sanctioned Booster Clubs according to Board Policy 3024 including the following organizations: Academic Booster Club, Band Booster Club, Basketball Booster Club, Cheer Booster Club, FFA and 4H Booster Club, Football Booster Club, Softball Booster Club, Tennis Booster Club, Volleyball Booster Club, and Wrestling Booster Club.

12. Discussion and possible vote to approve a contract for the 2026-2027 school year with LinkIt! to provide student data support services.

13. Board to open sealed bids for mowing services for Tecumseh Public Schools for March 15, 2026, through September 30, 2026.

14. Discussion and possible vote to approve a contract with the most responsible bidder for mowing services for Tecumseh Public Schools.

15. Discussion and possible vote to approve an Interagency Agreement with the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) to provide emergency transportation to the residents of Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center in case of an emergency.

16. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to request that the Pottawatomie County Commissioners allow Tecumseh Public Schools to purchase 100 iPads from Apple, Inc., on state contract pricing using Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds.  

17. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to request that the Pottawatomie County Commissioners allow Tecumseh Public Schools to purchase 200 Chromebooks from Trafera on state contract pricing using Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds.  

18. Discussion and possible vote to approve a Supplemental Appropriations request as listed on Form 307 for the Tecumseh Public Schools Building Fund for the 2025-2026 school year.

19. Discussion and possible vote to approve new Tecumseh School Board policies:
     4050 Use of Dogs to Search School Property
     4051 Artificial Intelligence Systems and Tools Used in the School District
     4052 Purchasing Card Usage

20. Discussion and possible vote to amend current Tecumseh School Board Policy:
     3024 Sanctioning Parent Organizations and Booster Clubs

21. Discussion and possible vote to select Patten and Odom, CPAs, PLLC, as the district's auditor for the 2026-2027 school year and to enter into a contract with them to provide financial auditing services for the same time period.

22. Review, discussion, and possible vote to approve capacity numbers for each grade level to take effect on April 1, 2026.

23. Discussion regarding personnel including possible executive session:

C. Consider hiring Building Assistant Principals for the 2026-2027 school year:
     Jenna Tench - Assistant Principal - Cross Timbers Elementary
     Matthew Sites - Assistant Principal - Tecumseh Middle School
     Rodney Buss - Assistant Principal - Tecumseh High School
     Tarek Aissaoui - Assistant Principal - Tecumseh High School
D. Consider hiring Athletic Director for the 2026-2027 school year:
     Casi Bays
E. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through D per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes Section 307 (B)(1).

24. Vote to convene in executive session or remain in open session.
