1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Discussion and possible vote to convene in executive session to discuss the appointment of an individual to School Board Seat #4 as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307(B)(1) and Oklahoma Statutes, Section 5-118.

3. Board vote to convene in executive session or remain in open session.

4. Acknowledge the Board's return to open session and read the Executive Session Compliance Statement.

5. Discussion and possible action to continue accepting letters of interest from community members of Tecumseh Public Schools to be appointed to Seat #4.

6. Discussion and possible action to appoint a school board member to Seat #4.

7. Swear in newly appointed Board Member to Seat #4.

8. Consider and vote to organize the Board of Education by election of President, Vice President, and Clerk.

9. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of April 14, 2025.

10. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'25); payroll, general fund (70970-70794), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (90095-90103); claims, general fund (830-883), coop fund (25), building fund (142-149), child nutrition fund (64-69).

11. Vote to approve warrants (FY'25); payroll, general fund (3713-4040), coop fund (475-521), child nutrition fund (539-591); claims, general fund (3709-3712, 4041-4131), coop fund (522-534), building fund (111-115), child nutrition fund (592-602).

12. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

13. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

14. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

16. Consider and vote to approve a Special Services Agreement with Central Tribes Shawnee Area, Inc. (CTSA Head Start) for the 2025-2026 school year.

17. Consider and vote to approve a Special Services Agreement with Crossroads Youth and Family Services for the 2025-2026 school year.

18. Consider and possible vote to approve a resolution for the district to apply for specialized school funding through the Oklahoma Opioid Abatement Grant.  If approved, the grant could provide the district with up to $105,000 over the next three years.

19. Consider and vote to approve a Shelter Agreement with American Red Cross in case of a state of emergency for our community for the 2025-2026 school year.

20. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Harness Roofing to provide repairs and sealant application to the Tecumseh Board of Education Building.

21. Consider and possible vote to approve renovations of fire alarm equipment at all sites using Inspections Plus.

22. Consider and vote to approve a contract for fire alarm monitoring for the 2025-2026 school year using Inspections Plus.

23. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to purchase two (2) 2025 Chevrolet 1500 2WD Suburban LS vehicles on state contract with Joe Cooper Chevrolet using Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds.

24. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to purchase a new school sign to be placed on the middle school campus using Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds.

25. Discussion and possible vote to approve the Summer School activities for Tecumseh Public Schools for 2025.
