1. Call to order and roll call of members.

3. Discussion and vote to declare Office #4 (four) as vacant.

4. Discussion and vote to approve procedures for filling Tecumseh Public Schools Board Seat #4.

5. Vote to approve minutes of previous Special Board Meeting of March 13, 2025.

6. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'25); payroll, general fund (70965-70969), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (90085-90094); claims, general fund (765-829), coop fund (none), building fund (136-141), child nutrition fund (59-63).

7. Vote to approve warrants (FY'25); payroll, general fund (3269-3609), coop fund (418-463), child nutrition fund (474-524); claims, general fund (3268, 3610-3708), coop fund (464-474), building fund (104-110), child nutrition fund (473, 525-538).

8. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

9. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

10. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

11. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2012).

12. Consider and vote to select Patten and Odom, CPAs, PLLC, as the district's auditor for the 2025-2026 school year and to enter into a contract with them to provide financial auditing services for the same time period.

13. Consider and vote to approve temporary appropriations for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

14. Consider and vote to approve continued participation in Secondary Career and Technology Education Programs with the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for the 2025-2026 school year.

15. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Apptegy to provide school website services and school communication services for the 2025-2026 school year.

16. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with East Central Online Consortium to provide online courses for students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

17. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Oklahoma Department of Human Services to provide a full-time school-based social worker for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

18. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Solution Tree to provide district on-site professional development services during the 2025-2026 school year.

19. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Chickasaw Personal Communications for the lease of a bus radio system for the district's bus communications for the 2025-2026 school year.

20. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to repair and resurface the track at Tecumseh High School using Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds.

21. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Titan Audio Visual, LLC, for the purchase and installation of equipment for stage lighting, audio, and video equipment in the Tecumseh High School Alumni Center. 

22. Discussion and possible vote to set Special Board Meetings on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, and Thursday, June 26, 2025, to conduct financial business for the district.  Both meetings will be held at 5:00 PM at the Board of Education Office Building located at 1301 E. Highland Street, Tecumseh, OK  74873.
