1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of October 14, 2024.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'25); payroll, general fund (70915-70928), coop fund (80048-80052), child nutrition fund (90072-90074); claims, general fund (441-520), coop fund (19), building fund (90-108), child nutrition fund (40-46).

4. Vote to approve warrants (FY'25); payroll, general fund (1186-1514), coop fund (114-166), child nutrition fund (149-207); claims, general fund (1515-1591), coop fund (167-176), building fund (54-71), child nutrition fund (208-218).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

7. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

8. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

9. Proposed executive session to discuss the appraisal of real property located at the northwest quadrant of 12th Street and Main Street, Tecumseh, Oklahoma, as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes 307(B)(3).

10. Board vote to convene in executive session or remain in open session.

11. Acknowledge the Board's return to open session and read the Executive Session Compliance Statement.

12. Discussion and possible vote to have the superintendent list for sale the surplus property found at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Main Street and 12th Street in Tecumseh with a real estate agent.

13. Discussion and possible vote to approve an out-of-state trip for Tecumseh FFA members to attend the Arizona Nationals Swine Show in Phoenix, Arizona, from December 26, 2024, through January 1, 2025.

14. Consider and vote to approve a resolution requesting that the Pottawatomie County Commissioners approve a measure to make the Pottawatomie County Half-Cent Sales Tax measure permanent and to send said measure to a vote of the people.

15. Consider and vote to approve a resolution for the use of Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds to purchase 25 SmartBoards to upgrade current outdated hardware.

16. Discussion and vote to approve the schedule of Tecumseh Public School's Regular Board of Education meetings for the calendar year 2025.

17. Consider and possible vote to approve a calendar update for the 2024-2025 school year.

18. Discussion and possible vote to approve the Annual College Remediation Rates and the 2023-2024 Dropout Report for Tecumseh High School presented by Mr. Randy Dilbeck, Tecumseh High School Principal.

19. Presentation, discussion, and review of the Tecumseh Public School's Budget Guide for 2024-2025.

20. Consider and vote to approve the district's 2024-2025 budget as presented in the Tecumseh Public School's Budget Guide.

21. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider hiring personnel for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year (temporary contract):
     Lindsay South - Paraprofessional - Tecumseh Middle School
     Elizabeth Conchos - Paraprofessional - Tecumseh Middle School
     Casandra Cosper - Paraprofessional - Cross Timbers Elementary
B. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in Item A as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes 307(B)(1).

23. Acknowledge the Board's return to open session and reading of the executive session compliance announcement.

24. Vote to approve hiring personnel for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year (temporary contract): Lindsay South, Elizabeth Conchos, Casandra Cosper.
