1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of September 9, 2024.

3. Vote to approve warrants (FY'24); claims, general fund (5419-5420).

4. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'25); payroll, general fund (70709-70914), coop fund (80040-80047), child nutrition fund (90042-90071); claims, general fund (361-440), coop fund (18), building fund (72-89), child nutrition fund (36-39).

5. Vote to approve warrants (FY'25); payroll, general fund (728-1071), coop fund (55-102), child nutrition fund (79-135); claims, general fund (727, 1072-1185), coop fund (103-113), building fund (40-53), child nutrition fund (136-148).

6. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

7. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

9. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

10. Discussion and possible vote to select a vendor to install a new 40-ton chiller HVAC unit at Tecumseh Middle School.

11. Consider and vote to approve a resolution of the Board of Education of Tecumseh Public Schools to the Pottawatomie County Election Board for the 2025 school district election including election for board member from Office Number Five (5), five year term and Office Number Four (4), four years remaining on unexpired term.

12. Discussion and possible vote to declare real property as surplus and hire appraiser for an appraisal of property located at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of S. 12th Street and E. Main Street in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.

13. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the Tecumseh Youth Sports Association for the use of the New Gymnasium and the Old Gymnasium for the 2024-2025 school year.

14. Discussion and possible vote to approve a contract with Laserfiche to provide help desk ticket services for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year.

15. Discussion and possible vote to use Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds to purchase Centegix as a safety system for Tecumseh Public Schools that would provide a safety platform with crisis alert for all employees, visitor management system for all sites, and student reunification software for use by site administrators.

16. Discussion and possible vote to use Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds to complete painting projects and associated exterior repairs at Cross Timbers Elementary. 

17. Review and discussion of the 3rd Grade Reading Sufficiency Remediation results for the 2023-2024 school year.  Cross Timbers Administrator, Mrs. Lisa Thompson, will present the information.

18. Consider and vote to approve the annual Title I Plans for Tecumseh Early Childhood Center, Barnard Elementary, and Cross Timbers Elementary for the 2024-2025 school year.

19. Discussion and possible vote to approve changes to the following board policies:
     6036 Student Retention
     6052 Strong Readers Act

20. Discussion and possible vote to adopt new board policies:
     3039 Use of Automatic Defibrillator
     3040 Flags
     4047 Drug and Alcohol Testing for Bus Drivers
     6068 Student Athletes and Activities Name, Image, and Likeness NIL
     6069 Diabetes Medical Management Plan

21. Discussion and possible vote to approve student capacities for each grade level as outlined in Board Policy 6004 Student Transfers.

D. Consider hiring a long-term special education substitute teacher (temporary contract):

     Easton Marrs - History Teacher - Tecumseh High School
F. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in Items A through E as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes Section 307 (B)(1).
