1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of July 15, 2024.

4. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'25); payroll, general fund (70201-70486), coop fund (80001-80014), child nutrition fund (90001-90029); claims, general fund (151-265), coop fund (17), building fund (16-43), child nutrition fund (6-33), sinking fund (2).

5. Vote to approve warrants (FY'25); payroll, general fund (46-232), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (5-13); claims, general fund (233-327), coop fund (1-3), building fund (5-17), child nutrition fund (14-22), sinking fund (2).

6. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

7. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

9. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

10. Consider and vote to approve a School Site Statutory Waiver/Deregulation Application for Library Media Specialist for Tecumseh Middle School for the 2024-2025 school year.

11. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to allow for a permanent easement with a width of ten feet on district property located along North 6th Street on the Tecumseh Early Childhood Center site.

12. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Career Technology Education Tech Programs for Tecumseh High School for the 2024-2025 school year.  These programs include Agriculture Education, Business and Information Technology Education, and Family and Consumer Sciences.

13. Discuss and vote to approve a collaborative agreement with the National Center for Disability Education and Training to provide pre-employment transition services for students enrolled in our district's severe and profound needs special education programs for the 2024-2025 school year.

14. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Apptegy to provide website, mobile device applications, an alert system, and student and parent communication tools for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year.

15. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Don's Copiers to provide copier service and maintenance at all district locations for the 2024-2025 school year.

16. Discussion and possible vote to approve an out-of-state trip for THS Savage Pride Band Members from August 31, 2024, to September 1, 2024.

17. Discussion and possible vote to approve an out-of-state trip for members of Tecumseh Middle School Junior Beta Club to attend a Leadership Summit in Grapevine, Texas, from October 31, 2024, to November 1, 2024.

18. Consider and vote to set meal prices for the 2024-2025 school year.  The changes are requested in order to meet the required guidelines through the United States Department of Agriculture and the School Lunch Program.  Price recommendations are as follows:

19. Discussion and possible vote to change the capacity of 4th grade from 140 students to 145 students for the 2024-2025 school year.

20. Review of Tecumseh Public Schools Student-Athlete Handbook for 2024-2025.

21. Discussion and possible vote to approve a professional development plan for all certified and support staff for the 2024-2025 school year.

22. Review, discussion, and possible vote to approve changes to the following district policies:
     4018 Termination of Employment - Teachers
     4024 Suspension, Dismissal, Termination, or Nonrenewal of Support Personnel
     4032 Standards of Performance and Conduct for Teachers
     6060 Voluntary Private Prayer and Minute of Silence

23. Review, discussion, and possible vote to approve new board policies:
      4046 Suspension of Certified Personnel

24. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Tecumseh Youth Sports Association to allow for the use of the high school football field, bleachers, and restrooms for the Fall 2024 season.

25. Consider and vote to approve receiving agents for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year.

26. Consider and vote to approve the Board Authorized Voting Representative for the Oklahoma School Assurance Group (OSAG) for the 2024-2025 school year.

27. Consider and vote to approve new transfer requests for the 2024-2025 school year.
