1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of March 11, 2024.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'24); payroll, general fund (70823-70827), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (none); claims, general fund (784-843), coop fund (none), building fund (166-172), child nutrition fund (64-68).

4. Vote to approve warrants (FY'24); payroll, general fund (3193-3526), coop fund (423-475), child nutrition fund (488-538); claims, general fund (3190-3192, 3527-3601), coop fund (476-485), building fund (131-138), child nutrition fund (539-551).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

7. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

8. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

9. Recognition of Matt Moore as Tecumseh Public School's Support Person of the Month for April 2024.

10. Discussion and vote to approve procedures for filling Tecumseh Public Schools Board Seat #4.

11. Consider and vote to approve temporary appropriations for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year.

12. Discussion and possible vote to approve the School Based Health Services Program Participation Agreement Contract with Oklahoma State Department of Education and Public Consulting Group, LLC.

13. Consider and vote to approve continued participation in Secondary Career and Technology Education Programs with the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for the 2024-2025 school year.

14. Discussion and possible vote to approve an out-of-state trip for qualifying members of the Tecumseh Middle School Beta Club to attend the national convention in Savannah, Georgia, from June 9-13, 2024.

15. Consider and vote to approve items as surplus and discard said items in accordance with Board Policy 3038.

16. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Apptegy to provide Rooms as a communication tool for all students for the 2024-2025 school year.

17. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the East Central Online Consortium to provide online courses for students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year.

18. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Oklahoma Department of Human Services to provide a full-time school-based social worker for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year.

19. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Solution Tree to provide district on-site professional development during the 2024-2025 school year.

20. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Central Oklahoma School Pictures to provide school pictures for students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year.

21. Consider and vote to select Patten and Odom, CPAs, PLLC, as the district's auditor for the 2024-2025 school year and to enter into a contract with them to provide financial auditing services for the same time period.

22. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Quality Choice to provide drug testing services for 7th through 12th grade students participating in extracurricular activities in Tecumseh Public Schools and bus drivers who work for the district during the 2024-2025 school year.

23. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Chickasaw Personal Communications for the lease of a bus radio system for the district's bus communications for the 2024-2025 school year.

24. Consider and vote to approve a change to the administrative salary index for Tecumseh Public Schools to take effect at the beginning of the 2024-2025 contract year.

25. Review of current COVID-19 statistics for Tecumseh Public Schools.

26. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:

D.  Consider hiring Certified personnel for the 2024-2025 school year:
