1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of February 12, 2024.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'24); payroll, general fund (70819-70822), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (90107-90108); claims, general fund (724-783), coop fund (none), building fund (155-165), child nutrition fund (63).

4. Vote to approve warrants (FY'24); payroll, general fund (2743-3102), coop fund (359-410), child nutrition fund (422-475); claims, general fund (2733-2742, 3103-3189), coop fund (411-422), building fund (124-129), child nutrition fund (421, 476-486).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

7. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

8. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

9. Presentation of the 2022-2023 Annual Dropout Report by Mr. Randy Dilbeck and Mrs. Patty Stanley.

10. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Mr. Billy Mitchell to form a team with the Oklahoma Bass Nation High School Fishing Program, The Bass Federation, and the Student Angler Federation for the 2024 calendar year.

11. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Okie Lawn Patrol to complete mowing services at Tecumseh Early Childhood Center, Barnard Elementary, Cross Timbers Elementary, Krouch Center, Tecumseh Middle School, Tecumseh High School and other district properties from April 1, 2024, through October 31, 2024.

12. Consider and vote to approve an Interagency Agreement with the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs / Central Oklahoma Juvenile Affairs (OJA) to provide emergency transportation to the residents of Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center in case of emergency.

13. Discussion and possible vote to approve Tecumseh Public School's District Wellness Policy.

14. Consider and possible vote to approve changes to district policy 5035 Parent Participation in Schools.

15. Consider and possible vote to approve the addition of the following district policies:

6058 Tornado Drills Rules and Procedures
6059 Safety Drills
6060 Minute of Silence
6061 Seclusion and Restraint
6062 Use of Metal Detectors
6063 Use of Surveillance Cameras

16. Discussion and possible vote to approve a quote from Trafera to purchase 200 Chromebooks for use by students beginning in the 2024-2025 school year using district ARP funds.

17. Discussion and possible vote to approve a quote from Apple to purchase 150 iPads each with a three year service warranty for use by students beginning in the 2024-2025 school year using district ARP funds.

18. Discussion and possible vote to approve a quote from Bump Armor to purchase 175 iPad carrying cases for use by students beginning in the 2024-2025 school year using district ARP funds.

19. Review, discussion, and vote to approve program capacity numbers for each grade level to take effect on April 1, 2024.

20. Review of current COVID-19 statistics for Tecumseh Public Schools.

21. Discussion regarding personnel including possible executive session:

B.  Consider hiring adjunct teacher for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year (temporary contract):

C.  Consider hiring Building Principals for the 2024-2025 school year:

D.  Consider hiring Building Assistant Principals and Dean of Students for the 2024-2025 school year:
     Lisa Thompson - Cross Timbers Elementary (Dean of Students)
     Rodney Buss - Tecumseh High School (Assistant Principal)
     Jaime Griggs - Tecumseh High School (Assistant Principal)
E.  The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through D per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307(B)(1).
