1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of the previous regular board meeting of January 9, 2024.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'24); payroll, general fund (70811-70818), coop fund (80050-80051), child nutrition fund (none); claims, general fund (639-723), coop fund (none), building fund (140-154), child nutrition fund (59-62), bond fund 31(1), bond fund 32 (1).

4. Vote to approve warrants (FY'24); payroll, general fund (2304-2646), coop fund (304-349), child nutrition fund (357-408); claims, general fund (2302-2303, 2647-2732), coop fund (350-358), building fund (113-123), child nutrition fund (409-420), bond fund 31 (1), bond fund 32 (1)

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

7. Vote to approve activity fundraiser requests.

8. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

9. Recognition of Erin Ashcraft as Tecumseh Public School's Support Person of the Month for February 2024.

10. Presentation, acknowledgment and approval of the 2022-2023 school year audit report.  The audit will be presented by Kerry John Patten, C.P.A., or his representative.

11. Discussion and possible vote to approve changes to the 2023-2024 school calendar because of winter weather.

12. Consider and vote to approve a stipend for Stacey Howard for her certification in the National Association of School Psychologists.

13. Consider and vote to approve Supplemental Appropriations request as listed on Form 307 for the Little River Cooperative Fund for the 2023-2024 school year.

14. Consider and vote to approve the purchase of teacher laptops from Trafera using Pottawatomie County Half-Cent Sales Tax funds.

15. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement to be a part of the Gordon Cooper Technology Center Consortium for Carl Perkins Vocational and Technical Grants for the 2024-2025 school year.

16. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce for a jointly sponsored Teacher Recognition Program for the 2023-2024 school year.

17. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Okie Lawn Patrol to complete mowing services at Tecumseh Early Childhood Center, Barnard Elementary, Cross Timbers Elementary, Krouch Center, and other district properties from April 1, 2024, through October 31, 2024.

18. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Central Roof LLC to repair the roof and replace shingles on the building owned by the district located at 302 S. 9th Street.

19. Review of current COVID-19 statistics for Tecumseh Public Schools.

20. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:

     Larry Joubert - Teacher and Coach - Tecumseh Middle School and Tecumseh High School (At end of school year)
     Emma LaChappell - Teacher - Tecumseh High School
B. Consider hiring personnel for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year (temporary contract):
     Cassie Hall - Child Nutrition Worker - Cross Timbers Elementary
C. Consider hiring the Assistant Superintendent of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year:  Brandi Burks
D. Consider hiring the Special Services Director for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year:  J. Lowden
E. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through D as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307 (B)(1). 

21. Vote to convene in executive session or to remain in open session.

22. Acknowledge the Board's return to open session and read the Executive Session Compliance Announcement.

23. Consider accepting personnel resignations: Effie Ely, Rebecca Kowena (at the end of the school year), James Soliday (retirement at the end of the school year), Jennifer McKnight (retirement at the end of the school year), Doris Perry (retirement at end of school year), Larry Joubert (at the end of the school year), Emma LaChappell.
