11. Discussion and possible vote to approve the Tecumseh Public Schools calendar for the 2024-2025 school year.

12. Consider and vote to select recipients of the Teacher Recognition Awards for the 2023-2024 school year. A representative from the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce and the Tecumseh Alumni Association may participate in the selection.

13. Consider and vote to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pottawatomie County Health Department to utilize the Alumni Center as a mass immunization site in response to an emergency that may involve an actual or imminent infection disease threat.

14. Consider approval of stipends for certified staff who are selected to participate in Cohort #2 of LETRS training during the 2023-2024 school year.
|
15. Consider and vote to approve a Board Member as the "Legislative Liaison" for the 2024 legislative session.
|
16. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Gordon Cooper Technology Center to offer certain academic courses as approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Education to allow sophomore level students to enroll in appropriate CTE courses at Gordon Cooper Technology Center.

17. Review and discussion of recent COVID-19 statistics in Tecumseh Public Schools

18. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting personnel resignation requests: Corey Wilson - Slowpitch Softball Coach - Tecumseh Middle School B. Consider hiring personnel for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year (temporary contract): Amy Williams - World History (half day) - Tecumseh High School Josiah Wright - Track Coach - Tecumseh Middle School Rodney Detherage - Slowpitch Softball Coach - Tecumseh Middle School Angela Reynolds - Paraprofessional - Tecumseh Early Childhood Center Lakota Walker - Paraprofessional - Tecumseh Middle School Tara Brocklehurst - Paraprofessional - Tecumseh Middle School C. Conduct an evaluation and consider hiring the Superintendent of Schools for the 2024-2025 school year: Robert Kinsey D. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in Items A through C as per Title 25 Oklahoma States, Section 307(B)(1). |
