1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of October 9, 2023 and special board meeting of November 7, 2023.

5. Vote to approve warrants (FY'24); payroll, general fund (1083-1407), coop fund (119-172), child nutrition fund (165-223); claims, general fund (1063-1082, 1408-1494), coop fund (173-185), building fund (69-93), child nutrition fund (224-236).

6. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

10. Discussion and vote to approve the schedule of Tecumseh Public School's regular Board of Education meetings for the calendar year 2024.

11. Discussion and possible vote to approve a calendar update for the 2023-2024 school year.

12. Discussion and possible vote to approve Board Policy 4046 Professional Development Certification Reimbursement Program.

13. Discussion and possible vote to enter into a contract with Kyle Lombardo, AIA, LEED AP, to complete work as architect on improvement projects including renovations at the Tecumseh High School Alumni Center, renovations at the THS Softball Field and Alva Melot Baseball Field, and the construction of a greenhouse for the Tecumseh FFA program.

14. Discussion and vote to approve the district's Title I Annual Plan presented by Mrs. Brandi Burks, Assistant Superintendent.

15. Discussion and possible vote to approve a cooperative activities program agreement with South Rock Creek Public Schools for boys wrestling and girls wrestling for the 2023-2024 school year.

16. Discussion and vote to approve the RSA Reading Remediation Results for Cross Timbers Elementary presented by Ms. Alicia Jonker, Cross Timbers Elementary Principal.

17. Discussion and vote to approve the Annual College Remediation Rates for Tecumseh High School presented by Mr. Randy Dilbeck, Tecumseh High School Principal.

18. Discussion and possible vote to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Focus Mental Health Services, LLC, to provide an Employee Assistance Program for all employees of Tecumseh Public Schools.

19. Discussion and possible vote to approve financial entity for the energy savings performance contract with Entegrity Energy.

20. Discussion and possible vote to approve bid for purchase of a 2008 or newer 35 passenger bus with air conditioning.

21. Discussion and possible vote to approve bid for purchase of new weight training equipment for Tecumseh High School.

22. Presentation, discussion, and review of the Tecumseh Public School's Budget Guide for 2023-2024.

23. Consider and vote to approve the district's 2023-2024 budget as presented in the Tecumseh Public School's Budget Guide.

24. Discussion of the district's current COVID statistics.

25. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
