4. Vote to approve warrants (FY'24); payroll, general fund (633-963), coop fund (59-107), child nutrition fund (102-152); claims, general fund (628-632, 964-1062), coop fund (56-58, 108-118), building fund (53-68), child nutrition fund (101,153-164).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

9. Discussion and vote to approve the ACT as the designated test for state-required testing of students at Tecumseh High School for the 2023-2024 school year.

10. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an Energy Savings Performance Contract with Entegrity Energy.

11. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Tecumseh Youth Sports Association to use the old gymnasium for practices and the new gymnasium for games during the youth league basketball season from November 2023 through February 2024.

12. Consider and vote to approve a resolution of the Board of Education of Tecumseh Public Schools to the Pottawatomie County Election Board for the 2024 school district election including election for board member from Office Number Four (4), five year term and Office Number Two (2), three years remaining on unexpired term.

13. Discussion and possible vote to approve the Tecumseh Public Schools Negotiated Agreement for the 2023-2024 school year.

14. Discussion and possible vote to approve the use of Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds for the purchase of a used 2008 International Krystal Koach shuttle bus with 35 passenger capacity and air conditioning.

15. Discussion and possible vote to use Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds to purchase strength and conditioning equipment to replace outdated weight training equipment located in the weight room at Tecumseh High School.

16. Consider and vote to set meal prices for the 2023-2024 school year. The changes are requested in order to meet the required guidelines through the United States Department of Agriculture and the School Lunch Program. Price recommendations are as follows:
2022-23 Price 2023-2024 Price a. Elementary lunch (PK-5th) $2.00 $2.05 b. Secondary lunch (6th-12th) $2.10 $2.15 c. Adult lunch $4.85 $5.00 d. Adult Breakfast $2.00 $2.30 e. Milk $0.45 $0.45 *Breakfast for all students is served at no cost. |
17. Discussion and vote to approve transfer capacities for each grade level as outlined in Board Policy 6004 Student Transfers.

18. Discussion and possible vote to approve an out-of-state trip for Tecumseh Savage Pride Band to go to Branson, MO, from June 6-9, 2024.

19. Discussion of current COVID statistics for Tecumseh Public Schools.

20. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting resignations from: Ashley Dougan - Paraprofessional - Tecumseh Early Childhood Center Tim Lisenbee - Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach (lay coach) - Tecumseh High School Mark Ryan - Cafeteria Manager - Tecumseh Early Childhood Center McKenna Anthony - Volleyball Coach (lay coach) - Tecumseh Middle School B. Consider hiring personnel for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year (temporary contract): Quentin Wireman - Teacher - Tecumseh High School Mary Tucker - Custodian - District Julie Patterson - Paraprofessional - Cross Timbers Elementary Josh Niedermeyer - Maintenance Worker - District Gina Wylie - Teacher - Cross Timbers Elementary C. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in Items A and B per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes 307 (B)(1). |
21. Vote to convene or not to convene in executive session.
