1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of August 14, 2023.

6. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

10. Consider and vote to approve the 2023-2024 Estimate of Needs and Financial Statement of the Fiscal Year 2022-2023.

11. Discussion and possible vote to approve bid for new playground equipment at Cross Timbers Elementary.

12. Discussion and possible vote to approve an out-of-state trip for the THS Boys and Girls Wrestling Teams to compete in the Texas Outlaw Wrestling Tournament in Allen, Texas, on January 5-6, 2024.

13. Discussion and possible vote to approve an out-of-state trip for Tecumseh FFA to attend the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana, from November 1-4, 2023.

14. Discussion and possible vote to enter into a new lease-purchase agreement with Empire Financial to purchase four air conditioned, 71 passenger International school buses and one International school bus with specifications required for special needs students through Holt Truck Centers.  All buses would be purchased on state contract price.  The district would utilize funds in its Pottawatomie County Half-Cent Sales Tax account to pay for these five school buses.

15. Consider and vote to approve extra duty stipends for the following employees for assistance with business related to the athletic department for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year: Jennifer McKnight, Eldon Gentry, Ty Bullock, Chad Trahan, and Rodney Buss.

16. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with The City of Tecumseh to provide a School Resource Officer for the District for the 2023-2024 school year

17. Consider and vote to approve the renewal of a Sublease Agreement dated December 1, 2016, between the District and Pottawatomie County Facilities Authority for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2024, as required under provisions of the agreement.

18. Discussion and possible vote to approve the Tecumseh Public Schools Alternative Education Plan for the 2023-2024 school year.

19. Consider and vote to approve a Gifted and Talented Committee for the 2023-2024 school year.

20. Consider and vote to approve the Internal Review Committee for Student Activity Absences which will also serve as the district's Medical Exemption Review Committee for the 2023-2024 school year.

21. Consider and vote to approve Concession Stand Use Agreements with sanctioned Booster Clubs for the 2023-2024 school year.

22. Discussion of current COVID statistics in the district.
