11. Review, discussion, and possible vote to take action on approval of a change to the salary schedule for support employees of Tecumseh Public Schools. This change would take effect at the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year contract.

12. Review, discussion, and possible vote to take action on approval of a change to the salary schedule for certified staff members of Tecumseh Public Schools. This change would take effect at the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year contract.

13. Consider and vote to approve the use of Tecumseh Public School's Pottawatomie County Half-Cent Sales Tax funds for the purchase of one or more of each of the following items:
a. Chromebooks b. iPads c. Interactive white boards d. Projectors e. Networking equipment and supplies f. Technology and equipment for the STEAM Center g. Multi-passenger school vehicles (SUVs, small activity buses, passenger vans, trucks, etc.) h. School buses i. School utilities expenses j. School insurance premiums k. Roofing renovation projects l. Painting renovation projects m. Paving projects The purchase of these items would be through the district's sales tax allocation administered through the Pottawatomie County Commissioners and Pottawatomie County Clerk's office. |
14. Consider and vote to approve an Interlocal Agreement between Tecumseh Public Schools and the Pottawatomie County Commissioners for the 2023-2024 school year.

15. Consider and vote to declare items as surplus. Items include desks, tables, chairs, and related building/classroom items, technology items, textbooks and related teaching materials. These items are no longer used by the district. Items declared as surplus are to be sold or discarded as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent per instructions in Board Policy 3038 Disposal of Surplus School Property.

16. Discussion and vote to approve the student handbooks for each school site for the 2023-2024 school year.

17. Discussion, review, and possible vote to make changes to Board Policy 6049 Attendance Regulations.

18. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Vector Solutions for Safe Schools online professional development for the 2023-2024 school year.

19. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the Organization of Rural Oklahoma Schools for membership for the 2023-2024 school year.

20. Discussion and possible vote to purchase the OSSBA Board Bundle for use as training resources for board members for the 2023-2024 school year.

21. Discussion, review, and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Instructure to provide Canvas as the learning management system for Tecumseh Middle School students and Tecumseh High School students for the 2023-2024 school year and to provide MasteryConnect as an intervention data collection program for Cross Timbers students for the 2023-2024 school year.

22. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Tecumseh Youth Sports Association to allow for the use of the high school football field, bleachers, and restrooms for the Fall 2023 season.

23. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Clearwater Enterprises to provide natural gas to Tecumseh Middle School and Tecumseh High School campuses for the 2023-2024 school year.

24. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Evaluation Works LLC, to conduct evaluations, meetings, and consultations and/or provide other related evaluation services for students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2023-2024 school year.

25. Consider and vote to approve a request to the Oklahoma State Department of Education to utilize a calendar based on hours rather than days for the 2023-2024 school year.

26. Review and possible vote to approve transfer requests for the 2023-2024 school year.

27. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting personnel requests: Tim Cansler - Bus Driver - District Madison Long - Secretary - Barnard Elementary B. Consider hiring personnel for the 2023-2024 school year (temporary contract): Sharon Barnett - Teacher (half-day) - Tecumseh Early Childhood Center Alisa Sparks - Science Teacher - Tecumseh High School Mary Truitt - Special Education Teacher - Tecumseh Middle School Rebecca Kowena - Teacher - Barnard Elementary Melissa Bernard - Child Nutrition Cook - Tecumseh Middle School C. Consider hiring adjunct teachers for the 2023-2024 school year (temporary contract): Callie Dunnam- Barnard Elementary Tatum Kuhn - Barnard Elementary Ashley Danner - Cross Timbers Elementary D. Consider hiring substitute bus drivers on an as-needed basis for the 2023-2024 school year (temporary contract): Julio Sanchez, Corey Wilson. E.
