1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Discussion and possible vote to convene in executive session to discuss the appointment of an individual to School Board Seat #2 as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307 (B)(1) and Title 70 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 5-118.

6. Discussion and possible action to continue accepting letters of interest from community members who reside within Ward 2 of Tecumseh Public Schools to be appointed to Seat 2 until the next election cycle.

11. Vote to approve warrants (FY'23); payroll, general fund (4588-5274), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (685-813); claims, general fund (5275-5326), coop fund (none), building fund (98-111), child nutrition fund (814-819).

12. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

13. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

14. Consider and vote to approve or not to approve a resolution for participation in the Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-Rate) program for the 2023-2024 school year.  Approval authorizes the district for all applications and payments associated with the program.

15. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Trisha Stewart to provide clinical supervision services for Kaitlyn Bonner through the guidelines provided by the Project RESPECT grant.

16. Consider and vote to appoint the Superintendent as the representative of the Board of Education to file all applicable federal programs for the 2023-2024 school year.

17. Consider and vote to appoint the Superintendent as the authorized representative of the Board of Education for the school lunch program for the 2023-2024 school year.

18. Consider and vote to designate the Superintendent as the authorized purchasing agent and the Assistant Superintendent as the assistant purchasing agent for the school district for the 2023-2024 school year.

19. Consider and vote to appoint Amzie Fortson and Allison Stearman as the district's Minute Clerks for the 2023-2024 school year.

20. Consider and vote to appoint Amzie Fortson as the district's Encumbrance Clerk for the 2023-2024 school year.

21. Consider and vote to appoint Allison Stearman as the district's Payroll Clerk for the 2023-2024 school year.

23. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Lake Eufaula Family Development Center to provide licensed counselors to students in Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2023-2024 school year.

24. Consider and vote to approve a contract with 95 Percent Group to provide literacy intervention professional development and coaching to teachers and instructional staff for Pre-Kindergarten through 5th Grade for the 2023-2024 school year.

25. Discussion and possible vote to approve Tecumseh Public Schools Learning Plan for the 2023-2024 school year.

26. Consider and vote to approve changes to Board Policy 4039 Adjunct Teachers.

27. Consider and vote to approve a School Site Statutory Waiver/Deregulation Application for Library Media Specialist for the following sites for the 2023-2024 school year:  Tecumseh Early Childhood Center, Barnard Elementary, and Cross Timbers Elementary.

28. Consider and vote to approve the sale of surplus items through HiBid Auctions.
