5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

9. Discussion and review of procedures for filling the empty board seat for Office #2 previously held by Mr. Shawn Fleming and procedures for filling the vacant role of President of the Board of Education and other officer positions until the next voting cycle.

11. Consider and vote to approve or not to approve a school insurance bid for the 2023-2024 school year (property, liability, vehicle, etc.)

12. Consider and vote to approve or not to approve a worker's compensation insurance bid for the 2023-2024 school year.

13. Consider and vote to approve a contract with SylogistED (formerly Municipal Accounting Services, Inc.) to provide student information software for the 2023-2024 school year.

14. Consider and vote to approve a contract with ADPC to provide accounting software and services for the 2023-2024 school year.

15. Consider and vote to join the Oklahoma State School Boards Association for the 2023-2024 school year.

16. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Oklahoma State School Boards Association for membership in the OSSBA Employment Services program for the 2023-2024 school year.

17. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the Oklahoma State School Boards Association to provide Assemble meeting services for board meetings for the 2023-2024 school year.

18. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Oklahoma State School Boards Association to provide Board Policy Services for the 2023-2024 school year.

19. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the Cooperative Council of Oklahoma School Administrators to provide district level advisory services to the district for the 2023-2024 school year.

20. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Center for Education Law for the 2023-2024 school year for district legal services.

21. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Center for Communication and Engagement for communication services for the 2023-2024 school year.

22. Consider and vote to approve a license agreement with the Employee Evaluation Systems (OKTLE) to provide a web application for teacher evaluations using the Tulsa TLE Observation and Evaluation System for the 2023-2024 school year.

23. Consider and vote to approve Inspections Plus to provide annual inspections for all district fire alarm systems for the 2023-2024 school year.

24. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Solution Tree, Inc., to provide professional development services to certified and support staff members for the 2023-2024 school year.  These services will be paid using American Rescue Plan funds.

25. Discussion and possible vote to approve a memorandum of understanding with Horizon Digitally Enhanced Campus to provide French coursework to students of Tecumseh High School for the 2023-2024 school year.

26. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the Sublease Agreement dated December 1, 2016, between the District and Pottawatomie County Facilities Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, as required under the provisions of the agreement.

27. Review, discussion, and vote to approve program capacity numbers for each grade level to take effect on July 1, 2023, as per Board Policy 6004 Student Transfers.

28. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Josiah and Lisa Hadsall s/b/a/Foundations Therapy, PLLC, to provide occupational therapy services to the students of the Little River Cooperative for the 2023-2024 school year.

29. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Taylor'd Therapy Services, PLLC, to provide physical therapy services to the students of the Little River Cooperative for the 2023-2024 school year.

30. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Jessica Hand to provide speech language pathology services to the students of the Little River Cooperative for the 2023-2024 school year.

31. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Jackie Hurst/Complete Communications, Inc., to provide speech language pathology services to the students of the Little River Cooperative for the 2023-2024 school year.

32. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Candice Pitts/Heartland Speech to provide speech language pathology services to the students of the Little River Cooperative for the 2023-2024 school year.

33. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Tina Ramey, LLC, to provide speech language pathology services to the students of the Little River Cooperative for the 2023-2024 school year.

34. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Amy Woodruff to provide speech language pathology services to the students of the Little River Cooperative for the 2023-2024 school year.

35. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Oklahoma Speech Consultants, PLLC, to provide speech language pathology services to the students of the Little River Cooperative for the 2023-2024 school year.

36. Consider and vote to approve a contract with School Based Services with Dr. Randy Randleman to provide educational testing services to the Little River Cooperative schools for the 2023-2024 school year.

37. Consider and vote to approve a contract with School Based Services with Dr. Randy Randleman to provide school psychologist services to the Little River Cooperative schools for the 2023-2024 school year.

38. Consider and vote to approve a contract with School Based Services with Dr. Randy Randleman to provide school psychologist services for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2023-2024 school year.

39. Discussion and vote to approve the purchase of two new International school buses from Holt Truck Centers using American Rescue Plan funds.
