1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Swear in newly elected Board Member for Office #3 (three), Mrs. Iva Bingham.

3. Consider and vote to organize the Board of Education by election of officers for 2023 (President, Vice President and Clerk).

4. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of March 6, 2023.

5. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'23); payroll, general fund (70882-70883), coop fund (NONE), child nutrition fund (NONE); claims, general fund (902-980), coop fund (26-27), building fund (76-90), child nutrition fund (67-71).

6. Vote to approve warrants (FY'23); payroll, general fund (3283-3616), coop fund (389-429), child nutrition fund (493-546); claims, general fund (3276-3282, 3617-3698), coop fund (430-440), building fund (65-77), child nutrition fund (547-558).

7. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

8. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

9. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

10. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

11. Consider and vote to approve an out-of-state trip request for Middle School Junior Beta Club to attend the National Beta Convention in Louisville, Kentucky, from June 23-26, 2023.

12. Consider and vote to approve a lease purchase agreement for buses from Summit Bus with funding through Empire Financial.  The lease purchase of the buses would be funded through the use of the district's Pottawatomie County Sales Tax allocation administered through the Pottawatomie County Commissioners and the Pottawatomie County Clerk's Office.

13. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the Tecumseh Youth Sports Association to allow the use of Tecumseh High School Football Stadium for flag football games in April and May 2023.

14. Consider and vote to approve a stipend for all Tecumeh Public Schools certified and support personnel.  The stipend is a one-time stipend to compensate district employees for outstanding work during the 2022-2023 school year.

15. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Central Oklahoma School Pictures to provide school pictures for students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2023-2024 school year.

16. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Quality Choice to provide drug testing services for 7th through 12th grade students participating in extracurricular activities in Tecumseh Public Schools and bus drivers who work for the district during the 2023-2024 school year.

17. Consider and vote to approve continued participation in Secondary Career and Technology Education Programs with the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for the 2023-2024 school year.

18. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the East Central Online Consortium to provide online courses for students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2023-2024 school year.

19. Consider and possible vote to approve the following new district policies:

20. Consider and possible vote to approve updates to the following district policy:
      5016 Selection of Valedictorian and Salutatorian

21. Review of current COVID-19 statistics for Tecumseh Public Schools.
