1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of January 10, 2023, and special board meeting of January 12, 2023.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'23); payroll, general fund (70862-70871), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (90090); claims, general fund (711-837), coop fund (24), building fund (59-70), child nutrition fund (57-61), bond fund (1).

4. Vote to approve warrants (FY'23); payroll, general fund (2378-2717), coop fund (281-324), child nutrition fund (356-413); claims, general fund (2718-2819), coop fund (325-336), building fund (52-61), child nutrition fund (414-430), bond fund (1).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

7. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

8. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

9. Presentation, acknowledgement and approval of the 2021-2022 school year audit report.  The audit will be presented by Kerry John Patten, C.P.A., or his representative.  The presentation will completed virtually or by phone.

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible vote to approve an out-of-state trip for Barnard's First LEGO team to attend a competition in Houston, Texas.  The group's sponsor, Ms. Mardesia Finch, will be present to answer any questions.

11. Presentation by Mr. Victor Cope, Title VI and Indian Education Director for the district, regarding the school mascot.

12. Review, discussion, and possible vote to approve new policies for Tecumseh Public Schools.

16. Consider and vote to approve Supplemental Appropriations request as listed on Form 307 for the Coop Fund for the 2022-2023 school year.

17. Review and possible vote to acknowledge the receipt of amended by-laws from the Tecumseh 4-H & FFA Booster Club.

18. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement to be a part of the Gordon Cooper Technology Center Consortium for Carl Perkins Vocational and Technical Grants for the 2023-2024 school year.

19. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce for a jointly sponsored Teacher Recognition Program for the 2022-2023 school year.

20. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Okie Lawn Patrol to complete mowing services at Tecumseh Early Childhood Center, Barnard Elementary, Cross Timbers Elementary, Krouch Center, and other district properties from April 1, 2023, through October 31, 2023.

21. Review of current COVID statistics for Tecumseh Public Schools.

22. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:

B. Consider hiring adjunct teacher for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year (temporary contract):

C. Consider hiring the Assistant Superintendent for the 2023-2024 school year:

D. Consider hiring the Special Services Director for the 2023-2024 school year:
       J. Lowden
E. The board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through D as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307(B)(1).

23. Board vote to convene in executive session or to remain in open session.

24. Board to acknowledge the return to open session and to request the minutes clerk to record executive session minutes.

25. Consider and vote to hire personnel for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year (temporary contract): Joseph Sanson, Nickie Saunders, Blaine Atchley (assistant wrestling coach), Christina Pahukoa.
