4. Vote to approve warrants (FY'23); payroll, general fund (1957-2306), coop fund (228-270), child nutrition fund (291-343); claims, general fund (2307-2377), coop fund (271-280), building fund (44-51), child nutrition fund (344-355), sinking fund (3).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

9. Consider and vote to select recipients of the Teacher Recognition Awards for the 2022-2023 school year. A representative from the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce and the Tecumseh Alumni Association may participate in the selection.

10. Consider and vote to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pottawatomie County Health Department to utilize the Alumni Center as a mass immunization site in response to an emergency that may involve an actual or imminent infectious disease threat.

11. Consider and vote to approve a Board Member as the "Legislative Liaison" for the 2023 legislative session.
|
12. Consider approval of stipends for certified staff who are selected to participate in Cohort #1 and Cohort #2 of LETRS training during the 2022-2023 school year.

13. Consider and vote to enter into an agreement with South Rock Creek Public Schools to have a cooperative athletic program between the two districts so that one or more students from South Rock Creek can participate in Tecumseh's middle school wrestling program.

14. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Gordon Cooper Technology Center to offer certain academic courses as approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Education to allow sophomore level students to enroll in appropriate CTE courses at Gordon Cooper Technology Center.

15. Consider and vote to approve the purchase of two trucks to be used in the Agricultural Education department at Tecumseh Public Schools. The funds used to purchase the vehicles would come from the district's Pottawatomie County Half-Cent Sales Tax funds.

16. Consider and vote to enter into an agreement with ImageNet to provide Laserfiche services for Tecumseh Public Schools. The funds to purchase the services and annual licensing would come from the district's Pottawatomie County Half-Cent Sales Tax funds.

17. Review and discussion of recent COVID statistics in Tecumseh Public Schools.

18. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting personnel resignation requests: Channing Scallorn - Assistant Softball Coach - Tecumseh Middle School Virginia Thompson - Custodian - Tecumseh Early Childhood Center Abby Springer - Teacher - Cross Timbers Elementary (effective at end of school year) Faith Gushing - Teacher - Cross Timbers Elementary (effective at end of school year) Laura Harrington - Teacher - Cross Timbers Elementary (effective at end of school year) Lorrie Sullivan - Child Nutrition - Tecumseh Middle School B. Consider hiring personnel for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year (temporary contract): Byron Thompson - Paraprofessional - Cross Timbers Elementary Dennis Burks - Maintenance - District C. Conduct an evaluation and consider hiring the Superintendent of Schools for the 2023-2024 school year: Robert Kinsey D. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through C as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307(B)(1). |
