6. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

10. Consider and vote to approve the purchase of one or more of the following items for the district:
a. Chromebooks b. iPads c. Interactive white boards d. Projectors e. Networking equipment and supplies f. Technology and other equipment for the STEAM Center g. School buses h. Muli-passenger school vehicles (SUVs, small activity buses, passenger vans, etc.) i. School insurance premiums j. School utilities expenses k. Roofing renovation projects l. Painting renovation projects m. Paving renovation projects The purchase of these items would be through the use of the district's sales tax allocation administered through the Pottawatomie County Commissioners and the Pottawatomie County Clerk's office. |
11. Consider and vote to approve an Interlocal Agreement between Tecumseh Public Schools and the Pottawatomie County Commissioners for the 2022-2023 school year.

12. Consider and vote to declare items as surplus. Items may include desks, tables, chairs, and related building/classroom items, technology items, textbooks and related teaching materials. These items are outdated, broken or no longer used by the district. Items declared as surplus are to be sold or discarded as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent.

13. Discussion and vote to approve student handbooks for the 2022-2023 school year.

14. Discussion about a potential agreement with Entegrity Energy Partners to provide an investment grade audit for Tecumseh Public Schools.
|
15. Discussion and vote to approve a bid by Silver Star Construction to complete paving projects at Barnard Elementary, Cross Timbers Elementary, Tecumseh Middle School, and Tecumseh High School.
|
16. Discussion and possible vote to approve an out-of-state trip for the Tecumseh High School Volleyball players to attend an individual skills camp at Baylor University from July 21 to July 23, 2022. This trip would replace the one that was previously approved for players to attend a camp at the University of Mississippi.

17. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Vector Solutions for Safe Schools online professional development for the 2022-2023 school year.

18. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the Organization of Rural Oklahoma Schools (OROS) for membership for the 2022-2023 school year.
|
19. Discussion and possible vote to purchase the OSSBA Board Bundle for training resources for board members for the 2022-2023 school year.
|
20. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Tecumseh Youth Sports Association to allow for use of the high school football field, bleachers, and restrooms for the Fall 2022 season.
|
21. Discussion and possible vote regarding entering into an agreement with Media Technology Solutions LLC dba the HUB Network. The agreement would provide Tecumseh Public Schools with a live broadcast of student events during the 2022-2023 school year.

22. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Clearwater Enterprises to provide natural gas to the Middle School and High School for the 2022-2023 school year.
|
23. Consider and vote to approve a request to the Oklahoma State Department of Education to utilize a school calendar based on hours rather than days for the 2022-2023 school year.
|
24. Consider and vote to approve a contract with School Based Services with Dr. Randy Randleman to provide school psychologist services for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2022-2023 school year.

25. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Eufaula Lake Family Development Center to provide counseling services to the students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2022-2023 school year.
|
26. Consider and vote to approve a contract with School Based Services with Dr. Randy Randleman to provide educational testing services to the Little River Coop schools for the 2022-2023 school year.
|
27. Consider and vote to approve a contract with School Based Services with Dr. Randy Randleman to provide school psychologist services to the Little River Coop schools for the 2022-2023 school year.

28. Discussion and possible vote to approve a stipend for all district employees who participate in the ALICE Training that is scheduled daily at sites throughout the district from July 25th through July 29th. The stipend would be $150 per employee for both certified teachers and support staff.

29. Review and possible vote to approve transfer requests for the 2022-2023 school year.

30. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting personnel resignation requests: Donna Craig - Custodian - Tecumseh High School B. Consider hiring personnel for 2022-2023 school year (temporary contract): Vincent Dailey - Instructional Technology Assistant - District Thad Bias - Instructional Technology Assistant - District Sarah Bias - Elementary Teacher - Cross Timbers Elementary Miranda Noonan - Main Office Secretary - Tecumseh Middle School Sandy Sowder - Secretary - Tecumseh High School Reba Speers - Elementary Teacher - Cross Timbers Elementary Josiah Wright - Health and Physical Education Teacher, Varsity Assistant Football Coach, Varsity Assistant Wrestling Coach, Assistant TMS Football Coach, Assistant TMS Wrestling Coach - Tecumseh Middle School Easton Marrs - Ancient World History Teacher, Varsity Assistant Football Coach, and TMS Football Coach - Tecumseh High School Amy Bump - School Counselor - Tecumseh High School C. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A and B as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307 (B)(1). |
