1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of May 9, 2022 and special board meeting of May 25, 2022.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances FY'22; payroll, general fund (70835-70938), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (90097-90099); claims, general fund (1110-1188), coop fund (none), building fund (55-57), child nutrition fund (71-91).

4. Vote to approve warrants FY'22; payroll, general fund (4061-4390), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (591-640); claims, general fund (4391-4496), coop fund (none), building fund (56-62), child nutrition fund (641-661).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

7. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

8. Public Comment (as outlined in Board Policy 2004).

9. Consider and vote to declare items as surplus. These items are outdated, broken or no longer used by the district.  Items declared as surplus are to be sold or discarded as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent.

10. Consider and vote to approve or not to approve a school insurance bid for the 2022-2023 school year (property, liability, vehicle, etc.).

11. Consider and vote to approve or not to approve a worker's compensation insurance bid for the 2022-2023 school year.

12. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the Sublease Agreement dated December 1, 2016, between the District and Pottawatomie County Facilities Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, as required under the provisions of the agreement.

13. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the 95 Percent Group for the use of their reading intervention program as a part of our reading instruction at Tecumseh Early Childhood Center, Barnard Elementary and Cross Timbers Elementary for the 2022-2023 school year.

14. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Municipal Accounting Services Inc. to provide student information software for the 2022-2023 school year.

15. Consider and vote to approve a contract with ADPC to provide accounting software and services for the 2022-2023 school year.

16. Consider and vote to join the Oklahoma State School Boards Association for the 2022-2023 school year.

17. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Oklahoma State School Board Association for membership in the OSSBA Employment Services for the 2022-2023 school year.

18. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the Oklahoma State School Boards Association to provide Board Policy Services for the 2022-2023 school year.

19. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the Oklahoma State School Boards Association to provide Assemble Services for board meetings for the 2022-2023 school year.

20. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Cooperative Council of Oklahoma School Administrators to provide district level advisory services to the district for the 2022-2023 school year. 

21. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Center for Education Law for the 2022-2023 school year.

22. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Center for Communication and Engagement for the 2022-2023 school year.

23. Consider and vote to approve a license agreement with the Employee Evaluation Systems (OKTLE) to provide a web application for a teacher evaluation framework utilizing the Tulsa TLE Observation and Evaluation System for the 2022-2023 school year.

24. Consider and vote to approve Inspections Plus to provide the annual inspection for all district fire alarm systems for the 2022-2023 school year.

25. Review, discussion, and vote to approve program capacity numbers for each grade level to take effect on July 1, 2022, as per Board Policy 6004.
