1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of April 11, 2022.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances FY'22; payroll, general fund (70782-70834), coop fund (NONE), child nutrition fund (90095-90096); claims, general fund (1033-1109), coop fund (35), building fund (53-54), child nutrition fund (70).

4. Vote to approve warrants FY'22; payroll, general fund (3599-3942), coop fund (450-492), child nutrition fund (531-578); claims, general fund (3597-3598, 3943-4060), coop fund (493-502), building fund (53-55), child nutrition fund (579-590).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

7. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

8. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

9. Consider and vote to call for a Special Board Meeting to approve the federal programs claims to allow funds to be received by the end of the 2021-2022 school year.

10. Board to consider and take action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $1,720,000 General Obligation Building Bonds of the School District.

11. Consider and vote to approve Temporary Appropriations for the 2022-2023 school year.

12. Discussion and possible vote to approve Kerry John Patten as the district's auditor for the 2022-2023 school year.

13. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Chickasaw Personal Communications for the lease of a bus radio system for our bus communication for the 2022-2023 school year.

14. Consider and vote to approve a Special Services Agreement with Central Tribes Shawnee Area, Inc. (CTSA Head Start) for the 2022-2023 school year.

15. Consider and vote to approve a Special Services Agreement with Crossroads Youth and Family Services for the 2022-2023 school year.

16. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Oklahoma Department of Human Services to provide a full-time school-based social worker for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2022-2023 school year.

17. Consider and vote to approve a Red Cross Shelter Agreement.

18. Consider and possible vote to approve an out of state trip for the THS Volleyball Team to attend a team camp on the campus of Ole Miss University in Oxford, Mississippi, from July 20 - 23, 2022.

19. Consider and vote to approve the proposed district summer school programs for Summer 2022.
