11. Consider and vote to approve a lease purchase agreement for buses from Summit Bus with funding through Empire Financial. The lease purchase of the buses would be funded through the use of the district’s One Half Cent Sales Tax allocation administered through the Pottawatomie County Commissioners and the Pottawatomie County Clerk’s Office.

12. Consider and vote to approve an out-of-state trip request for Middle School Junior Beta Club to attend the National Beta Convention in Memphis, Tennessee, from June 26-30, 2022.

13. Consider and vote to approve a trip request for Tecumseh High School Lady Savage Basketball team to attend a basketball team camp in Durant, Oklahoma, from June 1-3, 2022.
|
14. Discussion and possible vote to enter into agreement with Mr. Billy Mitchell to form a team with Oklahoma Bass Nation High School Fishing Program. The team would be affiliated with Tecumseh High School and would use the school name, school colors, and school logo. The District would not incur any expense nor any liability in this agreement.
|
15. Discuss and possible vote to approve an agreement with Frontline to provide human resources services for tracking leave for certified and support staff, managing timesheets for support employees, and managing substitute teacher time worked reports for the 2022-2023 school year.
|
16. Consider and vote to approve a contract for mowing with Okie Lawn Patrol for mowing services at Tecumseh Early Childhood Center, Barnard Elementary, Cross Timbers Elementary, Krouch Campus, and the old Board of Education building. The contract will extend from April 2022 through October 2022.
|
17. Consider and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Central Oklahoma School Pictures to provide school pictures for students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2022-2023 school year.

18. Consider and possible vote to enter into a contract with Quality Choice to provide drug testing services for 7th through 12th grade students participating in extracurricular activities in Tecumseh Public Schools and bus drivers who work for the district during the 2022-2023 school year.

19. Consider and vote to approve continued participation in Secondary Career and Technology Education Programs with the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for the 2022-2023 school year.

20. Consider and vote to approve an Interagency Agreement with the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs/Central Oklahoma Juvenile Affairs (OJA) to provide emergency transportation to the residents of Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center in the case of an emergency. This would be determined as any reason including, but not limited to, natural disaster, severe weather, health pandemic, or any other emergent calamity - OJA may require timely assistance in transporting its residents to a safe, secure location.

21. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the East Central Online Consortium to provide online course for students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2022-2023 school year.

22. Consider and possible vote to approve updates to the following district policies and procedures:

23. Consider and vote to approve a Supplemental Appropriations for the Coop Fund (Form 307) for the 2021-2022 school year
