1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of February 14, 2022.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances FY'22; payroll, general fund (70767-70771), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (none); claims, general fund (879-932), coop fund (27-30), building fund (43-46), child nutrition fund (61-66).

4. Vote to approve warrants FY'22; payroll, general fund (2753-3087), coop fund (343-382), child nutrition fund (412-460); claims, general fund (3088-3164), coop fund (383-939), building fund (41-46), child nutrition fund (461-473).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

7. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

8. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

9. Discuss and possible vote to approve a bid to complete repairs to the exterior concrete structure of the district's bus garage.  This would include the base bid along with both alternate bids so that all three of the overhead doors will be stabilized. 

10. Discuss and vote to enter into an agreement to be a part of the Gordon Cooper Technology Center consortium for Carl Perkins Vocational and Technical Grant funds for the 2022-2023 school year.

11. Discussion and possible vote to approve Tecumseh Public School's District Wellness Policy.

12. Review, discussion, and vote to approve program capacity numbers for each grade level to take effect on April 1, 2022.

13. Discussion and vote to approve changes to the 2021-2022 school year calendar caused by winter weather in the month of February.

14. Review of current COVID statistics for Tecumseh Public Schools.

15. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:    
A. Consider accepting personnel resignation requests:

B. Consider hiring Building Principals for the 2022-2023 school year:
          Tammy Giaudrone - Principal - Tecumseh Early Childhood Center
          Jana Phelps - Principal - Barnard Elementary School           
          Alisha Jonker - Principal - Cross Timbers Elementary School           
          Sarah Flowers - Principal - Tecumseh Middle School           
          Randy Dilbeck - Principal - Tecumseh High School     
C. Consider hiring the Assistant Building Principals and Dean of Students for the  2022-2023 school year:           
          Rodney Buss - Assistant Principal - Tecumseh High School           
          Jaime Griggs - Assistant Principal - Tecumseh High School           
          Nels Storm - Assistant Principal - Tecumseh Middle School           
          Lisa Thompson - Dean of Students - Cross Timbers Elementary School     
D. Consider hiring the Athletic Director for the 2022-2023 school year:    
          Jeff Shafer - Athletic Director - Tecumseh Public Schools     
E. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through D as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307(B)(1).

16. Board vote to convene in executive session or to remain in open session.

17. Board to acknowledge the return to open session and to request the minutes clerk to record executive session minutes.

19. Consider and vote to hire Site Principals for the 2022-2023 school year: Tammy Giaudrone, Jana Phelps, Alisha Jonker, Sarah Flowers, and Randy Dilbeck.

20. Consider and vote to hire Assistant Principals and Dean of Students for the 2022-2023 school year:  Rodney Buss, Jaime Griggs, Nels Storm, and Lisa Thompson.

21. Consider and vote to hire Athletic Director for the 2022-2023 school year:  Jeff Shafer.
