1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of January 10, 2022.

3. Vote to approve warrants FY'21; claims, general fund (5136). 

4. Vote to approve encumbrances FY'22; payroll, general fund (70759-70766), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (90087); claims, general fund (774-878), coop fund (none), building fund (40-42), child nutrition fund (55-60), bond fund 31 (1), bond fund 36 (1) bond fund 37 (1).

5. Vote to approve warrants FY'22; payroll, general fund (2320-2648), coop fund (290-331), child nutrition fund (348-397); claims, general fund (2649-2752), coop fund (332-342), building fund (35-40), child nutrition fund (398-411), bond fund 31 (1), bond fund 36 (1), bond fund 37 (1).

6. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

7. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

8. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

9. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

10. Discussion and vote on motion to convene in executive session to conduct hearing on appeal of student suspension pursuant to Title 25 O.S. § 307(B)(5).

11. Board to acknowledge the return to open session and to request the minutes clerk to record executive session minutes.

12. Discussion and vote on motion to uphold, modify, or reverse the long-term suspension of student.

13. Presentation, acknowledgement and approval of the 2020-2021 school year audit report.  The audit will be presented by Kerry John Patten, C.P.A. or his representative.  The presentation will be done virtually or by phone.

14. Consider and vote to approve changes to the substitute teacher pay rate for Tecumseh Public Schools.

15. Review of current COVID statistics for Tecumseh Public Schools.

16. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting personnel resignation requests:
     Janice Shinault - School Counselor - Tecumseh Middle School.
     Frances Wheeler - Child Nutrition - Tecumseh Middle School
     Katlyn Dorries - Language Arts - Tecumseh Middle School (effective end of school year)
     Roger Mize - Maintenance and Coaching assignments (coaching assignments effective immediately and maintenance position on May 31, 2022)
     Cindy Belshe - Child Nutrition Director - District (retirement effective June 30, 2022)
     Elizabeth Ausdenmoore - Special Education Teacher - TECC (effective end of school year)
     Heather Yetter - Teacher - Barnard Elementary (effective end of school year)
B. Consider hiring personnel for the remainder of the 2021-2022 school year (temporary contract):
     Corey Wilson - Assistant Slow Pitch Softball Coach - Tecumseh Middle School
     Jeff Shafer - Interim Head Baseball Coach - Tecumseh High School
     Michael Daggett - Bus Driver - District
C. Consider hiring personnel for the 2022-2023 school year (temporary contract):
     Stacey Howard - Instructional Coach Coordinator - District
D. Consider hiring Assistant Superintendent for the 2022-2023 school year:
     Brandi Burks.
E. Consider hiring Special Services Director for the 2022-2023 school year:
     J. Lowden.
F. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through E as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307 (B)(1).

17. Board vote to convene in executive session or to remain in open session.

18. Board to acknowledge the return to open session and to request the minutes clerk to record executive session minutes.

19. 20. Consider and vote to hire personnel for the remainder of the 2021-2022 school year (temporary contract):  Corey Wilson, Jeff Shafer, Michael Daggett.

21. Consider and vote to hire personnel for the 2022-2023 school year (temporary contract):  Stacey Howard.

22. Consider and vote to hire Assistant Superintendent for the 2022-2023 school year: Brandi Burks.

23. Consider and vote to hire Special Services Director for the 2022-2023 school year: J. Lowden.
