10. Consider and vote to approve a resolution of the Board of Education of Tecumseh Public Schools to the County Election Board for the annual school district election including election for board member from Office Number Two (2), five year term.

11. Consider and vote to declare items as surplus. Items include nine passenger buses, one van, and one car. These vehicles are no longer used by the district. Items declared as surplus are to be sold or discarded as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent.

12. Board review of the 3rd Grade Reading Sufficiency Remediation results for the 2020-2021 school year. Cross Timbers Principal, Ms. Alisha Jonker, will present data.

13. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with The City of Tecumseh to provide a School Resource Officer for the District for the 2021-2022 school year.
|
14. Consider and vote to approve the District Title I Plan for the 2021-2022 school year.
|
15. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting resignations from: Judy Schoenebaum - Paraprofessional - Tecumseh Early Childhood (retirement) Jaimee Reeder - Paraprofessional – Tecumseh Early Childhood Brenda Simpson - Teacher - Barnard Elementary (effective January 1, 2022) Amy Shelby - Middle School Volleyball (coaching only) Angie Burks - Paraprofessional - Barnard Elementary Latasha Lewis - Paraprofessional - Tecumseh Middle School B. Consider hiring personnel for the 2021-2022 school year (temporary contract): Nicolas Spencer - Maintenance - District Ashley Acosta - Child Nutrition - District Taylor Harris - Paraprofessional - Tecumseh Early Childhood Rachell Lindsey - School Nurse - District Ryan Null - Custodian - Tecumseh Early Childhood Phillicia Newby - Child Nutrition - Tecumseh High School Mary Wyatt - Child Nutrition - Tecumseh High School Cassie Jones - Edgenuity Coordinator - Tecumseh High School (extra duty contract) Tracy Reynolds - Paraprofessional - Cross Timbers Elementary C.
