1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of September 13, 2021.

3. Vote to approve warrants FY'21; payroll, general fund (none), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (none); claims, general fund (5135), coop fund (none), building fund (46), child nutrition fund (none).

4. Vote to approve encumbrances FY'22; payroll, general fund (70406-70418), coop fund (80037-80042), child nutrition fund (90041-90044); claims, general fund (441-514), coop fund (22-23), building fund (26), child nutrition fund (42-44), sinking fund (1).

5. Vote to approve warrants FY'22; payroll, general fund (640-962), coop fund (63-108), child nutrition fund (89-141); claims, general fund (963-1065), coop fund (109-120), building fund (19-24), child nutrition fund (142-153), sinking fund (1).

6. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

7. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, andor interest designations.

8. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

9. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

10. Consider and vote to approve a resolution of the Board of Education of Tecumseh Public Schools to the County Election Board for the annual school district election including election for board member from Office Number Two (2), five year term.

11. Consider and vote to declare items as surplus. Items include nine passenger buses, one van, and one car.  These vehicles are no longer used by the district.  Items declared as surplus are to be sold or discarded as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent.

12. Board review of the 3rd Grade Reading Sufficiency Remediation results for the 2020-2021 school year. Cross Timbers Principal, Ms. Alisha Jonker, will present data.

13. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with The City of Tecumseh to provide a School Resource Officer for the District for the 2021-2022 school year.

14. Consider and vote to approve the District Title I Plan for the 2021-2022 school year.

15. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:

C. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through B per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes 307 (B)(1).

19. Vote to hire personnel for the 2021-2022 school year (temporary contract): Nicolas Spencer, Ashley Acosta, Taylor Harris, Rachell Lindsey, Ryan Null, Phillicia Newby, Mary Wyatt, Cassie Jones (extra duty contract), Tracy Reynolds.
