1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of August 9, 2021.

3. Vote to approve warrants FY'21; payroll, general fund (5104-5126), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (none); claims, general fund (5127-5134), coop fund (none), building fund (none), child nutrition fund (none).

4. Vote to approve encumbrances FY'22 ; payroll, general fund (70326-70405), coop fund (80019-80036), child nutrition fund (90023-90040); claims, general fund (306-440), coop fund (none), building fund (13-25), child nutrition fund (27-41).

5. Vote to approve warrants FY'22 ; payroll, general fund (222-529), coop fund (5-49), child nutrition fund (18-68); claims, general fund (530, 531-639), coop fund (50-62), building fund (10-18), child nutrition fund (69-88).

6. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

7. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

8. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

9. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

10. Consider and vote to approve the ACT as the designated test for state-required testing of students at Tecumseh High School for the 2021-2022 school year.

11. Consider and vote to approve an out-of-state trip for Tecumseh Band to take a trip to Niagara Falls, New York City, and Washington, D.C., from June 13-23, 2022.

12. Consider and vote to approve the renewal of the Sublease Agreement dated December 1, 2016, between the District and Pottawatomie County Facilities Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, as required under provisions of the agreement. 

13. Consider and vote to approve a renewal of a lease purchase agreement with Government Capitol Corporation as part of the LED Lighting and Related Equipment retrofit for the 2021-2022 school year.

14. Consider and vote to approve the use of District Half Cent Sales Tax dollars for the following projects or items:
     a. roofing project at Barnard Elementary
     b. roofing project at Tecumseh Middle School
     c. paving project at Cross Timbers Elementary School
     d. painting project at Tecumseh High School
     e. purchase of vehicles for student transportation
     f. purchase of instructional technology devices

15. Consider and vote to approve the Alternative Education Plan for the 2021-2022 school year.

16. Consider and vote to approve the 2021-2022 Estimate of Needs and Financial Statement of the Fiscal Year 2020-2021.

17. Consider and vote to approve a Gifted and Talented Committee for the 2021-2022 school year.

18. Consider and vote to approve the Internal Review Committee for Activity Absences for the 2021-2022 school year.  This committee will also serve as the district's Medical Exemption Review Committee for the 2021-2022 school year.

19. Consider and vote to adopt a resolution approving the Pottawatomie County Hazard Mitigation Plan.

20. Consider and vote to approve a policy required by state law:
      4038  Prohibition of Race and Sex Discrimination in Curriculum and Complaint Process

21. Consider and vote to approve Concession Stand Use Agreements with sanctioned Booster Clubs for the 2021-2022 school year.

22. Consider and vote to approve emergency transfers for the 2021-2022 school year.

23. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
   A. Consider accepting resignations from:
      Randall Dirrim - Bus Driver - District
      Lindsey Phelps - School Nurse - District
   B. Consider hiring personnel for the 2021-2022 school year (temporary contract):
      Tiffany Hatley - Transportation - District
       Kim Moulds - Child Nutrition - District
       Rickey Kessinger - Child Nutrition - District
      Tommy Null - Custodian - District
   C. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through B per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes 307 (B)(1).

24. Board vote to convene in executive session or to remain in open session.

25. Board to acknowledge return to open session and request the minutes clerk to record executive session minutes.

26. Vote to approve resignation requests: Randall Dirrim, Lindsey Phelps.

27. Vote to hire personnel for the 2021-2022 school year (temporary contract): Tiffany Hatley, Kim Moulds, Rickey Kessinger, Tommy Null.
